Elsound Product Service Procedure

Customers who experience difficulties in using Elsound products can bring the machines and consumables to the service location.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

  1. Customers are required to fill in the warranty card with the dealer stamp and send it to Elsound Service Center or leave the warranty card at the place of purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase. Failure to do so will invalidate the warranty. Please log in to Online Warranty for your warranty activation.
  2. The warranty does not cover damages caused by; accidents, misuse, misapplication, natural disasters, corrosion, rust, faults due to unstable mains voltage, use not in accordance with the instruction manual, obsolete parts, incorrect installation of the machine and software, use for demonstration and training, panels, paint on the unit, external parts, repairs carried out by improperly authorized persons without the knowledge or consent of Elsound and its representatives.
  3. The warranty does not cover service for engines outside of Indonesia (e.g. on board ships, offshore locations).
  4. This warranty only applies to Elsound products purchased in Indonesia.
  5. If the customer does not want any repair or maintenance service after the warranty period has expired according to the terms and conditions (cancellation of service), the service fee will be determined according to the conditions set by Elsoud and its representatives.
  6. If the customer (with carry-in warranty) does not make the pick-up according to the time that has been informed. Elsound and its representatives are not responsible for any loss or damage. Customers are required to present the Job Sheet as an identity of ownership of the equipment that has been repaired, otherwise Elsound and its representatives have the right to request other proof of identity (e.g. ID card or passport).
  7. Machines that have been serviced and not picked up within 2 (two) months will become the property of Elsound.
  8. Defective and replaced parts become the sole property of Elsound.
  9. Warranty Period The warranty for Elsound active speakers, passive speakers, driver speakers, power amplifiers is 36 months with Carry-in conditions from the date of purchase. The following parts are NOT covered by the warranty: (a) battery (b) external cable (c) Physical Damage.
  10. The warranty card must be filled out and accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. purchase receipt, receipt, etc.) when applying for repair services. The warranty will not be valid if the customer is unable to present any of these proofs. All costs incurred, including transportation costs, will be borne by the customer according to the rates set by Elsound and its representatives.
